Ossett Town won the Steve Kelly Memorial Trophy for the third year after scoring three goals in nine mad second half minutes.
After a goal-less first half, the game exploded into life when veteran Steve Ridley fired Ossett ahead.
Hemsworth were then awarded a penalty, but Ossett goalkeeper Carl Widdrington saved Jason Yates’ effort.
Ossett then stretched their lead with goals from Josh Schofield and Alex Peterson.
Over at Goole AFC, Stocksbridge Park Steels won 2-0.
