Shaw Lane AFC and Farsley Celtic both retained their 100% records after wins in their respective Divisions last night.
Shaw Lane finally beat Sheffield FC with a 2-0 victory. Gav Allott and Kieran Lugsden scored.
Goals from James Walshaw (2) and Aiden Savory fired Farsley to a 3-0 win at Goole AFC in Division One North.
Scarborough Athletic went down 3-0 at Clitheroe.
In the other Division One South fixture, ten man Stocksbridge Park Steels lost 2-1 at home to Gresley.
Captain Liam McFadyen’s red card for denying an obvious goal-scoring put Stocksbridge on the back foot. Although Scott Ruthven levelled it up at 1-1, Gresley got a winner.
Frickley Athletic lost 2-0 at Workington in the Premier Division. Both goals were late in the game.
