Together again: Lee Morris and his new Frickley Athletic assistant James Kay
James Kay has followed Lee Morris to Frickley Athletic and taken up the post of assistant manager.
The former Sheffield Wednesday midfielder was number two to Morris at Goole AFC. He remained briefly with Goole after the departure of Morris last week and took charge of the 3-0 defeat to Bamber Bridge.
Kay has had two spells with Frickley as a player under Peter Rinkavage and then Karl Rose.
Morris and Kay will be together again in the dugout at Hednesford Town on Saturday.
