Jack Steers is back with Hemsworth Miners Welfare after a brief flirtation with Ossett Town.
The centre-back is a hugely popular figure at the MDC Community Centre and he was a major part of their successes in the past couple of seasons.
He was given a huge send-off when he moved to Australia in February for a few months. He was due to re-sign for the Wells on his return in July.
However, Ossett jumped in and persuaded him to test himself at Evo Stik football.
His comeback at Hemsworth is perfect timing as Wayne Benn has a mounting injury crisis.
