Chris Wood and Mikey Dunn both got braces to send Pontefract Collieries up to second in the table.

With Knaresborough Town losing 1-0 at Eccleshill United, Pontefract’s home 4-2 victory over Dronfield Town took them to the second promotion spot on goals difference.

It was actually 2-2 with 15 minutes remaining, but Wood and Dunn ensured maximum points for the Colls.

Unbeaten leaders Penistone Church drew 1-1 with Campion after in-form Dale Kelly cancelled out Josh Cooke’s opener for the visitors.

Lee Garside gave Worsbrough Bridge the lead, but Ollerton Town held them to a 1-1 draw.

Nostell Miners Welfare were beaten by a four goal haul from Joe McFadyen. Jonny Irving struck for Nostell.

Hallam and Selby Town shared the points after a goal-less draw at a packed Sandygate. An unbelievable attendance of 275 was recorded.

Hall Road Rangers were beaten 5-2 at Grimsby Borough and Glasshoughton Welfare lost 2-0 at Winterton Rangers.
