Scott Jones scored the winner for Selby Town
Scott Jones propelled Selby Town into the play-offs zone with the dramatic winner with the last kick of the game.
The striker, who also plays for Seacroft WMC, the top Sunday side in Leeds, has enjoyed a brilliant start to life with Selby – his first stint with an NCEL club.
Bottom-side Nostell Miners Welfare were unlucky at Yorkshire Amateur. The Ammers triumphed 3-2 in a tight affair, with T’nique Fishley, Freddie Swales and Adam Shaw scoring.
Dillon Connelly and Jonny Irving gave Nostell hope, but Leeds-based Ammers held out.
Josh Batty’s late equaliser earned Hall Road Rangers a 1-1 draw at Shirebrook Town.
