Chris Gowen has signed for Armthorpe
Chris Gowen has completed his move to strugglers Armthorpe Welfare after recently leaving Selby Town.
The transfer links left-back Gowen up with Armthorpe boss Mike Carmody, who started the season as a coach at Selby.
Gowen is vastly-experienced and previously played for Barton Town OB, Pickering, North Ferriby and Frickley.
Armthorpe have also taken Harry Brigham from Selby.
