Shaw Lane AFC blew away another higher league opponent in the FA Trophy.

The Ducks recorded their 13th straight win by beating Evo Stik Premier Division side Nantwich Town 3-1 in Barnsley.

Gav Allott placed Shaw Lane ahead in the first half before Nantwich pegged them back. Andy Gascoigne and Allott won the tie for them in the second half.

Farsley Celtic were seconds away from a National League North scalp in the dramatic finale to the 2-2 draw with Tamworth.

Jacob Hazel’s 88th minute goal appeared to have sent Farsley through until Tamworth equalised in the dying seconds.

FC Halifax Town also face a replay after needing a late equaliser at Matlock Town. Alex Simmons rescued a 1-1 draw for the Shaymen.

Harrogate Town drew 2-2 against Salford City at the CNG Stadium, while Bradford (Park Avenue) were beaten at Stockport County.

Evo Stik Division One North

Ossett Albion secured a credible 0-0 draw at Hyde United, while leaders Scarborough Athletic were beaten 2-1 by promotion rivals Glossop North End.

Ossett Town lost 3-1 to Droylsden – Tyrone Gay got Ossett’s goal. Goole were beaten 2-1 at home to Prescot Cables.
