Steve Kittrick has finally ended his long and public search to find a new striker for promotion-chasing Scarborough Athletic.
Released Gainsborough Trinity forward Jacob Hazel has signed on the dotted line and will probably make his debut in the clash with Colne tomorrow.
In the past few weeks, Kittrick has publicly revealed plans to sign the likes of Brett Agnew, Josh Greening and Danny Frost – before being rebuffed at every turn.
Hazel, who has spent the last three months on loan at Farsley Celtic, was a prolific goal-scorer for Frickley last season.
