Sam Andrew has signed for Liversedge

Two new goalkeepers have arrived at Liversedge, whose manager Jonathan Rimmington is starting to plan for next season.

Former Stocksbridge Park Steels stopper Sam Andrew and Nostell Miners Welfare’s James Waggett have signed for ‘Sedge.

Andrew has been playing for Dunkirk, while Waggett is a former ‘Sedge player.

On a side note, Rimmington has confirmed that he is already preparing for his third campaign at the helm of ‘Sedge.

“The time is right to start looking to build for next season,” Rimmington told Non League Yorkshire.

“We’re not going to go up and we’re not going down so we might as well.

“I still want to see us continuing to progress this season and the aim is to finish as high as we can, but I feel we need to start planning for the long term.”
