Day Job: Science Teacher (Physics)

Best mate in football: Too many to name, but this season it’s Leon Henry and Brad Riley (Car school!)

Description of Career Highlight: Promotion with Brighouse Town from the Toolstation NCEL Premier Division

Lowest Moment in Football: Tearing my medial ligament in January 2016.

Description of Most Memorable Match: Most recently,a replay against Billingham Synthonia in the first qualifying round of the FA cup. We were losing 2-1 with 10 minutes to go. Ended up winning 3-2!

First semi-professional manager: Phil Sharpe (1st team manager). Steve Kelly (reserve manager) -Ossett Town 2010/11.

Description of First Red Card (at semi-professional level): A 50-50 challenge that was deemed too forceful and was given a surprising straight red. (Against Trafford in 2015).

Description of First Goal (at semi-professional level): I’ve scored a few now so can’t remember my first.

Description of Favourite Goal (at semi-professional level): A 90th minute equaliser against New Mills in 2014 for Brighouse Town. I brought a high ball down on my chest, turned, took on two defenders then placed it in the bottom corner. We went on to score a 93rd minute winner.

What do you want to achieve in football in the future: Get promoted from the Evo Stik. A good FA Cup run and continue to enjoy my football.

Favourite Non League Ground to play at (barring your own club): Curzon Ashton. The pitch is like a carpet!
