Steve Brammer scored twice for Hallam
Steve Brammer’s double helped Hallam strengthen their play-offs position and their bid for an automatic promotion spot.
Ryan Hindley’s men came flying out of the blocks and scored two early goals. Brammer got the opener.
Centre-back Tom Roebuck, a nominee for Non League Yorkshire’s December Player of the Month award, then scored remarkably his 12th goal of the season with a tap-in from a corner.
The relentless pressure continued as Elliott Simpson rattled the crossbar from a free kick.
But 2-0 is how it remained until the hour mark when Brammer got his second.
Brammer was the orchestrator of the inevitable fourth as it was his cross that was converted by youngster Callum Greaves.
