Parkgate will host crisis-hit Clipstone on Saturday after the Mansfield-based side announced plans to carry on for the time being.
Clipstone dramatically tendered their resignation on Sunday following the departure of chairman Dave Paling.
However, a public meeting on Monday night galvanised the club and arrangements are now being put in place to get a side out for the trip to Parkgate and for the rest of the season.
The club have also requested to rescind their resignation. The league will consider that request at a meeting on Thursday.
Clipstone say they are “in good shape and it is business as usual going forward”.
