Maltby Main chairman Wilf Race is attempting to raise £1,500 to improve the facilities at Muglet Lane by undertaking a 50-mile bike in March.
Race and friends Stephen Baird and Stuart Rogers will be cycling from Conisborough to York on the 18th March.
The money raised will go towards improving the spectator facilities at Muglet Lane as well as a portakabin.
