Two goals from Marcus Day eased third-placed Ossett Town to their first win of 2017.
Day’s header in the second minute set Ossett on their way against Goole, who struggled to create chances. Sanchez Payne had their best opportunity with a strike which crashed back off the crossbar.
Despite how comfortable it was, Ossett had to wait until the 81st minute to seal the win when Day beat the offside trap.
Ossett captain Alex Peterson scored a penalty in added time.
