Maltby Main striker Ryan Carroll
Ryan Carroll continued Maltby Main’s upturn in form with a hat-trick in their 5-2 win over Clipstone.
Maltby fell behind early, but recovered with a Carroll double and a Danny Patterson strike. Clipstone did pull a further goal back before Dean Smith and Carroll sealed the points.
Steve Smith scored a late equaliser for Albion Sports in the 2-2 draw with fellow high-flyers Thackley at Throstle Nest.
In a ferocious start, Rhys Jenkinson gave Albion the lead – a goal which was cancelled out by quick-fire strikes from Daniel Broadbent and Ryan Farrell.
Thackley remained in front until the death.
