Toolstation NCEL Division One
Attacker Jack Mawson has left Pontefract Collieries and joined Worsbrough Bridge.
Mawson, who played academy football for Barnsley and then Scunthorpe United, leaves Beechnut Lane after over a year there.
Worsbrough manager Josh Wright said: “He’s a great addition to squad and one i felt we needed after the chances we have been missing of late especially in the second half of matches against Campion, Nostell and Shirebrook.
“Jack hasn’t had massive amounts of game time at Ponte which Paz (Colls manager Craig Parry) understood so he gave his blessing which I’m really appreciative of.
“Jack is quick and strong and is an excellent link up player and I believe he will turn the chances we create in to goals. He’ll go straight in to the squad for the Glasshoughton match on Saturday.”
