Rob Bordman’s spectacular last gasp winner moved Ossett Albion even further away from the bottom two.
Richard Tracey’s Albion are now 17th ahead of winnable games against Prescot Cables and Radcliffe Borough coming up.
Ossett had to come from behind as Matthew Dudley gave Kendal the lead on the stroke of half-time.
The visitors hit back midway through the second half thanks to Jimmy Eyles powering home a shot from close range.
Predictably Bordman had the last word as his cross from the left flew straight in.
