Huddersfield Town midfielder Alfie Raw is the latest new face joining Sedge. Raw was recently informed that he will be released at the end of the season so moving to Sedge is a good opportunity to gain experience in men’s football and put himself in the shop window.
He is likely to make his debut when Sedge visit Garforth Town later today. The match will probably see former Miner Jack McCarthy and fellow new signing Nathan Keightley make their full debuts for ‘Sedge, who are without suspended duo Steve Wales and Vaughan Redford.
