Excitement is already building for the 2017 Toolstation NCEL Easter Groundhop after the kick-off times were confirmed.
Seven matches are spread over three days and the home clubs involved are in for bumper pay-days.
Campion’s home game with Dronfield Town kicks off the Groundhop on the evening of Thursday 13th April.
Twelve hours later on Good Friday, Garforth Town entertain Staveley Miners Welfare (11am) before the tour continues onto Harrogate Railway versus Pickering Town (2.30pm) and then Knaresborough Town’s clash with Pontefract Collieries at Manse Lane (5.30pm).
On the final day, Rossington Main face Hall Road Rangers (11am) before Armthorpe Welfare versus Hemsworth Miners Welfare (2pm). The long weekend ends with Selby Town entertaining Penistone Church (6pm).
The 2015 Groundhop was an exceptional weekend. Attendances were huge and spectators were treated to some fantastic matches, including Hemsworth’s exceptional win at AFC Emley, Shaw Lane’s victory over Heanor and Pontefract’s 7-0 unbelievable demolition of shell-shocked Penistone Church.
