Knaresborough Town breathed new life into their play-offs bid with the brilliant away win at Ollerton Town.

Paul Stansfield’s men are now only a point behind sixth-placed Grimsby Borough and two behind Hallam. The downside is that Knaresborough have played more games.

Brad Walker’s early strike settled Knaresborough’s nerves before a second half onslaught saw them hammer home three more goals.

Jim Bradley stole the show with his sensational screamer – his first goal of the season – on the hour.

A header from Fraser Lancaster saw Knaresborough extend their lead to three before Colin Heath wrapped up the victory in the closing minutes.
