Deadly strikers James Walshaw and Gavin Allott won their respective Division’s Player of the Year trophies at the league’s presentation night in Barnsley.

Farsley Celtic striker Walshaw won the Division One North award, while Allott collected the Division One South accolade for the second consecutive year.

A number of players were also rewarded with places in their respective Division’s team of the season.

Farsley quartet Walshaw, Graeme McKibbin, Aaron Hardy and Lewis Nightingale made the Division One North team. They were joined by Tadcaster pair Gregg Anderson and Jonathan Greening, along with Ossett Town’s Tyrone Gay.

In the Division One South team, there were two surprises as Shaw Lane’s Alex Byrne and Stocksbridge’s Harrison Biggins missed out.

However, Ducks trio Ryan Qualter, Allott and Kelvin Lugsden did make it.
