A late goal from Spencer Harris ensured Evo Stik Division One South champions Shaw Lane AFC completed the double.
The late drama was the highlight of a tight affair at Bramall Lane.
The triumph is the first time that the Ducks have won the Senior Cup – the final taking place a year on from the debacle that led to them withdrawing from the competition 24 hours before the final with Frickley.
Harris was the hero as he headed Alex Byrne’s cross home from close range with seven minutes left on the clock.
