Harrogate Railway are finally safe after securing a 1-1 draw at Bottesford Town.
The situation was slightly dodgy prior to kick off as now-relegated Barton Town Old Boys could still overtake Railway on goal difference.
Fortunately that scenario was avoided as Ben Joyce’s goal earned them a point.
Three goals in seven second half minutes earned a 3-1 home win for Hemsworth Miners Welfare over Staveley Miners Welfare. Richard Collier (2) and Nick Guest scored.
George Bissett hit the winner for Pickering Town as the runners-up beat Athersley Rec 2-1. Ryan Blott also scored for Pikes, while Kieran Scargill struck for the Rec.
Mark Simpson converted a penalty in Garforth Town’s 2-1 home defeat to Rainworth Miners Welfare.
Handsworth Parramore won 3-1 at Retford United – Alex Rippon, Will Eades and Joe Thornton netted.
Relegated Armthorpe Welfare put a smile on their faces as they won 3-1 at Clipstone thanks to Liam Radford, Craig Morley and Gary Collier.
A late Sam Forster equalised secured a 3-3 draw for Maltby Main at Worksop Town. Maltby had led twice through Keegan Burton and Reece Wesley.
