Liversedge manager Jonathan Rimmington has been actively speaking to players, current and potentially future since the season ended.
He wants to keep most of his squad which secured the club’s best finish for a number of years, but he does plan on bringing fresh faces.
“I’ve been really busy since the season ended,” Rimmington told Non League Yorkshire.
“Like a lot of people know, I do go to a lot of matches looking for hidden gems and I’ve identified a few.
“I spoken to the current lads and I know with few new players we can really push on from the season just gone.
“For instance, there is a striker from South Yorkshire who I have spoken to and who I want bring in because I think he will improve us.
“We’ll see what happens. Pre-season will start in the third week of June and I’m already looking forward to it.”
Players who are interested in signing for ‘Sedge should email liversedgefc@mail.com with their playing CVs.
