Yorkshire Amateur have raised more eyebrows as AFC Emley goalkeeper Graham McLachlan is the latest player to agree to join the revolution at Bracken Edge.
McLachlan, Non League Yorkshire’s NCEL Division One goalkeeper of the season, arrives at the Ammers just more than 24 hours after Ash Flynn stunned the Non League world with his move to the Ammers.
Ammers joint manager Neil Sibson told Non League Yorkshire: “I think the signing of Graham further shows the ambition of the club.
“We want to be up there challenging next season and this is another major coup for us.
“It has been a whirlwind 24 hours. Since the signing of Ash Flynn was announced, our phones have been going off like crazy with players wanting to come to join us. It has been brilliant for us.”
