Ambitious Yorkshire Amateur have persuaded popular Harrison Blakey to return to Bracken Edge after a season away.
Blakey was arguably the club’s best player until he moved to Liversedge last August.
The Ammers are clearly leaving no stone unturned in their pursuit of honours next season having already agreed deals with Graham McLachlan and the most prolific goal-scorer in Division One, Ash Flynn.
Phil Harding told Non League Yorkshire: “I’m over the moon to get Harrison back.
“He’s one of the best players that the club has had in the last decade and we missed him last season.
“He adds so much quality to our midfield and I can’t wait to see him back in a Yorkshire Amateur shirt.”
