Ossett Town have a new striker in former Garforth Town forward Curtly Martin-Wyatt.
Martin-Wyatt finished last season at Frickley Athletic, where he scored a goal which won the NPL Supporters Group goal of the season competition. His other clubs last season were Hyde United and Goole AFC.
The forward made a name for himself at Garforth for his performances during the the traumatic period between November 2015 and April 2016.
“I’ve been aware of Curtley for some time, and he really impressed me when when he played against us last season, he’s a strong lad and holds the ball up well,” Grant Black told Ossett’s official website.
“I tried to sign him not long after that game, but he followed his former Goole manager Lee Morris to Frickley Athletic where he scored a hat-trick on his debut.”
“I am delighted to finally get him and we cannot wait to get started. I expect big things from him, as he does himself..”
Good signing , I have a lot of time for Curtly , good striker and a decent lad who is still well thought of by the Garforth fans
