Farsley snap up young Baldwin

Evo Stik Division One North

New Farsley Celtic manager Adam Lakeland with Issac Baldwin

Talented young defender Issac Baldwin has linked up with promotion-winning Farsley Celtic.

The left-back was previously on the books of Brighouse Town and FC Halifax Town. He has also spent on loan at the likes of Ossett Albion and Spennymoor Town.

New Farsley manager Adam Lakeland told his club’s official website: “I’m delighted to have Isaac on board. I wanted to add a natural left-back to the squad and in Isaac I believe we have an excellent young player who will continue to improve.

“He already has experience at this level having played for Spennymoor in their run towards eventual promotion, with other Evo-Stik experience gained at Brighouse Town and Ossett Albion prior to that as well, so he knows what it’s like to play in these leagues.

“I’m sure Isaac will be an excellent addition to the group.”
