David Morrall, the chairman of the Toolstation NCEL, has been elected the FA Council
Toolstation NCEL chairman David Morrall has been elected on to the Council of The Football Association as the Steps 5 & 6 Leagues representative.
It is a magnificent achievement for Mr Morrall as it is the first time that Steps 5 and 6 have been represented on the FA Council.
The appointment could be good news for clubs playing Step 5 and 6 football in the years to come.
He told the Toolstation NCEL website: “I am proud and honoured to be elected as the representative for all National League System Step 5 & 6 competitions, especially in its first year in achieving a position on the FA Council for our level of football.
“I look forward to working with all Steps 5 & 6 colleagues to try and take all leagues forward and thank them all for their support and assistance.”
