Strikers Lee Garside and Danny Cawley have committed themselves to Athersley Rec.
Cawley have been with Athersley for nearly two years, while Garside has become a popular figure at the Rec since joining from Worsbrough Bridge last November.
Both are experienced NCEL forwards. Garside has been a member of strong Pontefract Collieries and Worsbrough sides over the years. He has also been a regular at Ossett Town and Stocksbridge Park Steels in the Evo Stik.
Athersley’s second pre-season friendly takes place on Wednesday night when they host Parkgate (kick off 6.45pm).
