Former Stocksbridge midfielder Corey Gregory has signed for Ossett Town
Ossett Town have secured the signature of highly-rated midfielder Corey Gregory.
Gregory was a leading light for Stocksbridge Park Steels for nearly two years until his departure in February following his red card for fighting with team-mate Ash Burbeary in a Division One South match.
He is an ideal replacement for Jason Yates who recently joined Frickley Athletic.
Black told Non League Yorkshire: “He’s a very highly-rated player and technically one of the best players I have ever worked with.
“He’s come into us for pre-season chomping at the bit and he looks like a proper footballer.
“We’re really excited to have been able to sign him.”
