Two goals in five second half minutes handed new-boys Swallownest a winning start to life in the NCEL.
Bradley Davies and Alex Nightingale found the net for Swallownest in the 2-0 win over Winterton Rangers.
Thomas Whiting and Rocky Makwata hit the net as East Yorkshire Carnegie joined Swallownest with an opening day victory.
Carnegie beat Brigg Town 2-0.
Campion earned a point from their trip to highly-fancied Rossington Main. Danny Stocker’s opener for Campion was cancelled by a second half goal from Jason Stokes in the 1-1 draw.
