New Hallam defender Gareth Griffiths endured a disastrous debut as he was sent off 15 minutes into his new side’s 1-0 defeat to promotion-chasing Yorkshire Amateur.
Griffiths only signed for Hallam from Handsworth Parramore just hours before kick off, along with the highly-rated Callum Greaves.
The Ammers won the contest with a goal ten minutes after Griffiths departed. Fernando Moke was the hero this week, instead of Ash Flynn, with a superb free kick.
Hallam finished with nine men as Tom Cropper also saw red in the closing stages.
Tom Robinson got two as Campion strolled to a 4-0 success a Swallownest. An Alex Nightingale own goal and a Antony Brown strike helped Campion earn the points.
East Yorkshire Carnegie beat Dronfield Town 4-1 – Jordan Harrison (2), Josh Walker and Daniel Walker scored.
Rossington Main and Shirebrook Town was abandoned after 44 minutes because of a serious injury to Rossington’s Leon Cusworth.
