Shaw Lane got their season kick-started with a 3-1 victory over Hednesford Town in Barnsley.
After two consecutive defeats, Shaw Lane’s clash with Hednesford got off to the perfect as they took lead through a Ben Bailey own goal.
Although Hednesford did equalise, Ryan Qualter and Paul Clayton won it for Shaw Lane.
Two quick-fire goals from Nathan Cartman and James Walshaw guided Farsley Celtic to a 2-1 win at Halesowen Town.
