Worsbrough Bridge manager Josh Wright
Josh Wright hopes new striker Liam Wilkin will get the net bulging for Worsbrough Bridge.
Wright has reacted to the goal-less draw with Retford by bringing in the former Winterton Rangers and Retford United forward. During his days with Winterton six years ago, Wilkin was the top striker in the Premier Division.
He is likely to make his debut for Bridge next Wednesday when they ironically travel to face his old club Winterton.
Wright told Non League Yorkshire: “We’re hoping we can return him to his form of old when he scored goals for fun for Retford and Winterton.”
