Hagreen & Stewart sign for Selby

Toolstation NCEL Division One

New Selby Town goalkeeper Paul Hagreen

Selby Town have sent out a statement of intent after signing goalkeeper Paul Hagreen and young striker Casey Stewart.

The signing of two proven NCEL players show that Selby and Christian Fox mean business this season.

Hagreen was the goalkeeper at Garforth Town, but he recently lost his place to Peter Lawrie. Hagreen is a brilliant young stopper who has Evo Stik experience from a full season as number one at Brighouse Town during the 2015/16 campaign.

Casey Stewart arrives on dual-registration terms from Tadcaster Albion. He was on the books at Sheffield United last season. He showed his qualities during his a ‘loan’ spell from Tadcaster at Garforth at the beginning of last season before the move to Bramall Lane.
