Shaw Lane flew to the top of the Division, courtesy of goals in either half at Sheerien Park.
Godwin Adabaki gave them the lead in the 23rd minute when he headed home Alex Byrne’s cross.
The Ducks went close to doubling their lead through Spencer Harris and Byrne, but it remained narrow until the death.
Nicky Walker sealed the victory in stoppage time after racing into the penalty area.
