Wing wizard Rob Youhill has joined Knaresborough Town
Leaders Knaresborough Town have made their squad even stronger with the capture of wing wizard Rob Youhill.
Youhill is best known for his brilliant peformances down the wing under Billy Miller at Harrogate Railway between early 2014 and 2015. He spent last season at Tadcaster Albion under Miller again.
He did sign for Scarborough Athletic in the summer, but the move did not work out.
If he repeats the mouth-watering displays he showed at Railway, Knaresborough, who have all eight of their league games so far, are going to continue winning matches.
Paul Stansfield said: “I am delighted to welcome Rob to the club. His playing career is extremely impressive, playing at an excellent level for top teams. He brings a wealth of experience and great quality which will help us try to improve.
“He is also a super lad who understands the ethos of the club and wants to be part of what we are building. We look forward to getting him involved over the forthcoming weeks.”
