The new Disability Football training sessions at Crofton Community Centre in Wakefield enjoyed a positive start on Friday night.

The sessions are being run by Non League Yorkshire, in a bid to establish a pan-disability football team for Nostell Miners Welfare.

NLY head coaches Connor Rollinson and James Grayson led the hour-long session on the 3g surface at the centre.

Seven lads turned out, a good number for a first session.

Training is held every Friday between 6pm and 7pm and you can contact Non League Yorkshire via our thriving Facebook page or by email – info@nonleagueyorkshire.com.
