Rampant Pontefract Collieries scored five goals for the fifth consecutive match after putting Parkgate to the sword.
The league leaders are currently unplayable in the forward areas and Parkgate could not cope once as Vaughan Redford put Ponte ahead before half-time.
The floodgates opened after the break. Redford converted from a goalmouth scramble, Eli Hey got a simple tap-in before Parkgate’s goalkeeper Sam Jepson was sent off.
It meant highly-rated centre-back Joe Harris went in goal and he conceded a goal-a-piece from Spencer Clarke and Mikey Dunn.
Harrogate Railway conceded two late goals in the 3-2 defeat to Bottesford Town. Mendes Dionisio and Adam Carter found the target for Railway.
