Young forward Morgan Brough stole the headlines for Armthorpe Welfare after hitting a hat-trick in their impressive 4-2 win at in-form Campion.
Gary Collier gave Welfare the lead with a free-kick only for Campion to equalise. Brough then put Welfare ahead again shortly after half time only for Campion to again draw level, but the home side were reduced to ten men in the 64th minute following two yellow card offences.
Brough then scored twice more to give the Welfare an important three points.
Selby Town were beaten 4-0 at highly-fancied Grimsby Borough.
Billy Mole gave Nostell Miners Welfare the lead at East Yorkshire Carnegie, but they were defeated 2-1.
AFC Emley won 7-1 at Swallownest – Tim Wallace, Alex Slack, Thabiso Magida (3) and Lewis Dickinson (2) got the goals.
