Christian Fox is certainly making sure excited Selby Town fans get value for money as his side racked up another four goals after coming from behind against Worsbrough Bridge.
Promotion-chasing Selby have now scored 29 times in just nine league home games – which means supporters are paying £1.55 per goal.
His key men Joe Dale and Liam Flanagan led the way in their latest victory with a brace a-piece.
They did not have it their own way though as for 45 minutes, new-look Worsbrough, now under the guidance of Non League legend Lee Morris, were excellent in very windy conditions.
Experienced defenders Rhys Meynell, Ashden Morley and Martyn Scully made sure they were solid at the back.
Left-sided maestro James Kay, arguably their best player, was a constant threat. He always looked capable of scoring from distance and on one occasion the former Frickley player rattled the post.
Ultimately he did have a hand in the deadlock breaker as it was his corner that was turned in by Bridge captain Chris Walton.
The only blip in Worsbrough’s first half performance was the cheap goal that they conceded. The first part of Selby’s equaliser was majestic to say the least. From starting from the left-wing, magic man Dale danced past four Bridge men before shooting from centrally just outside the penalty area. It should have been an easy take for young Bridge goalkeeper Spencer Wiles, but he spilled it and Selby were able to celebrate equalising.
Written off in pre-season as relegation fodder, Selby have turned the heat back on their critics by being one of the most exciting attacking teams in the whole of the NCEL.
They underlined that by pulling into fifth gear straight after the interval. Flanagan converted from close range and the Robins never looked back.
Wiles was needlessly dispossessed for the third. He lost control of the ball inside his area and Flanagan took over and scored into the empty net.
A low drive from Dale after the hour completed the scoring.
Selby had chances to score more, but it should be said that Worsbrough never folded and they had the odd opportunity themselves – that was the positive that Morris took away.
For Selby and Fox, the excitement just keeps building.

The weather probably put a few off. It was stay indoors weather in Selby. Great performance. As soon as we drew the first half against the wind, you knew that Selby would win the match.
