Glasshoughton Welfare fielded five new signings in the 1-1 draw with Brigg Town, notably former Nostell Miners Welfare midfielder Matthew Johnson.
Because of work commitments at York City, Johnson has been out of the semi-professional for a while since a brief stint with Garforth Town last year.
Already announced capture Rob Oldham, the former Pontefract Collieries left-back, was one of those.
Striker Matthew Bugg has made his Glasshoughton return. He briefly turned out for Welfare during the Rob Hunter era in 2013. Since then he has been playing for the likes of Lower Hopton and Littletown.
Young Ryan Ferguson, who has played for Frickley and Liversedge this season, is the fourth addition.
The fifth signing is Jordan Emery, previously of Selby Town and Sherburn White Rose.
