Ross Shelton (right) has stood down as manager of Parkgate
Ross Shelton stood down as manager of Parkgate after less than four weeks in permanent charge following the 6-0 home defeat to Thackley.
Shelton only replaced Graham Nicholas on a permanent basis on November 1st.
His resignation came after his side were swept aside with ease by rampant Thackley.
Joe Hughes (2), Jordan Hendrie, Julius Omosebi, Mike Garrod and Alhassane Keita got the goals for Thackley.
Joe Thornton and Adam Johnson (2) got the goals as Handsworth Parramore beat Garforth Town 3-0 at Sandy Lane.
Danny Buttle and Brett Agnew scored in Bridlington Town’s 2-0 win over Staveley Miners Welfare.
