Dave Haley has parted company with Ossett Albion after just two months in charge – and hours after the headline signing of Gibraltar International Adam Priestley.
Haley, the former Huddersfield Town academy coach, replaced Richard Tracey following the arrival of new chairman John Chidlaw and his business partners.
A statement read: “Ossett Albion announce that first team manager Dave Haley has parted with the club by mutual consent. Mr Haley has helped the transition of the new ownership and played a significant role in working with a squad that is competitive at this level and one that will progress over the coming months.
“In addition to his duties as first team manager Dave Haley has helped to develop and build the youth system overseen by Unita Academy, now a successful private football training academy with over 140 kids participating in elite coaching at all ages groups. We would like to wish Dave all the very best in his future endeavours and thank him for his time with us.”
