Young left-back Jamie Allsop has returned to Nostell Miners Welfare after over a year away.
Allsop, the son of club chairman Kevin, is back during the hour of need as Simon Houghton and Jason Dodsworth aim steer the club to safety.
The free kick specialist left Crofton Community Centre in July 2016 after two years of service to join Garforth Town. He was a semi-regular last season for the Miners, but a bad injury has meant he has been involved rarely this season.
Houghton told Non League Yorkshire: “He’s back from a long-term injury and he’s looked good in training.
“He adds more quality to the squad. As I’ve said a few times, we’ve very happy with the squad and the direction we are going in.”
