Super Liversedge pulled off a stunning 5-1 victory at AFC Mansfield, ending the league leaders’ 18 match unbeaten run.
In the extraordinary victory, Joe Walton scored twice, with Brandon Kane, Jacob Buchanan and Rhys Davies chipping in with the extras.
Liversedge’s victory was brilliant news for Pontefract Collieries, who are now arguably in the driving seat for the title.
They won 6-2 at Parkgate. Vaughan Redford and Aaron Moxam struck twice. Kane Reece and Mikey Dunn also scored. Andrew Fox, who was later sent off, and Danny Critchlow were on the score-sheet for Parkgate.
Penistone Church’s recent unbeaten run ended after they were beaten 3-0 at Barton Town.
Bridlington Town and Handsworth Parramore battled out a goal-less draw.
