Christian Fox’s Selby Town superheroes are back on track after holding onto a 2-1 win over Armthorpe Welfare.

Liam Flanagan’s 70th minute goal guided Selby to victory. Armthorpe had drawn level before half-time when Luke Williams cancelled out Sam Cable’s early opener.

Mitchell Ward-Cupitt and Oliver Grady guided Swallownest to a shock 2-1 win over promotion-chasing Eccleshill United.

Nostell Miners Welfare lost 2-1 to high-flying Grimsby Borough at Crofton Community Centre.

Jack Owen had levelled the match at one point from the penalty spot.
