Goole AFC moved to within four points of safety after a superb 3-1 win at Kendal Town.
Brighouse Town still have two games-in-hand of Goole, but Karl Rose’s men are certainly causing a bit of squeaky-bum time for Vill Powell’s Brighouse.
And Rose and his side will certainly believe in climbing to safety because their form in the past two months has been good.
An own goal and strikes from Scott and Steve Smith secured the precious win for Goole.
